Are you writing your thesis, and do you feel stressed or anxious?

Do you have troubles with starting or motivating yourself to write?

Are you procrastinating?

This mindfulness workshop is for anyone who is interested in becoming more mindful and grounded in order to change their (unwanted) subconscious actions. In this workshop, I will provide you with some (mindfulness) tools which will help you get grounded and become aware of your excuses, (negative/self-sabotaging) thoughts through a guided visualisation. Then it is all about emotional regulation which is one of the core enables for prorcastinating behaviour. The workshop is interactive and also involves a pranayama breathing exercise, explanation of common limiting beliefs and what to do about it. The visualization involves the 5 senses technique, an emotional regulation technique, intention setting and an inner child visualization with gratitude and affirmations. The workshop is closed off by sharing free resources and a Q&A.
