perfectionistic doctorate, I know like no other what it means to experience stress and struggle with academic life. In 2016 I started to try out mindfulness. Later, I started to combine my scientific background with my love for mindfulness to find that balance for failing-student to overachieving perfectionistic doctorate, I know like no other what it means to experience stress and struggle with academic life. In 2016 I started to try out mindfulness. Later, I started to combine my scientific background with my love for mindfulness to find that balance for
