This beginner mindfulness workshop is for anyone who wants to have guilt free time and start to enjoy writing their thesis. In this short workshop I will discuss a mindfulness approach for writing your thesis whilst providing some practical tips and tricks for better writing. In addition, we will do mindfulness exercises to see what will and what will not work for you.
