Reparent yourself by starting an inner-child visualziation practice.
This is a series of short visualization practices to let go of limiting belief s. A practice where we will work on becoming aware of what your core limiting beliefs are and learn to release them through exploring your inner wounded child, different coping ‘modi’ and inner-critical-parents. Furthermore, you will start to explore how you can strengthen your inner happy child and reparent yourself through the healthy parent mode. Mindfulness tools are provided such as breathing and moving exercises as well as a visualization practice.
Explore core limiting beliefs in this visualization meditation practice that can control your life and learn ways to change them. The audio’s are no longer than 15 minutes and include mindfulness meditation practices that will introduce you to your inner child and how you can start to reparent yourself. Remember it is a practice and we cannot fix it in 1 go.
