About this course

By the end of this 2-day meditation course, participants will have explored various mindfulness techniques, gained insights into their perfectionistic tendencies, and developed practical tools to foster self-compassion and resilience in the face of imperfection. Learn to recognize perfectionism for what it is and embrace imperfection. Participants can expect short meditation techniques such as breathing exercises, body scan, visualization, affirmations, and gratitude. Lesson 1

Recognize Perfectionistic Tendencies

Day 1 focuses on awareness and recognizing our perfectionistic tendencies. We start with a quick breathing exercise and a body scan to relax and get ready to focus. Followed by mindful awareness around our thoughts and actions to become more aware. Then we will end with a loving kindness meditation.


Lesson 2

Embracing Imperfection

Day 2 focuses on going a step further with our perfectionistic tendencies. By starting with mindful breathing and focusing on our behaviours and thoughts. Then we will move to affirmations and a visualization focusing on ourselves. Can we let go of control? The track ends with gratitude.
